Privacy policy

Last updated: April 2026

This English version is provided for convenience. The Swedish version at /integritet/ is the legally authoritative text.

At Formverk we care about your personal privacy. This page describes how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you visit fverk.se or contact us.

Who is responsible for your data

Formverk is operated for the time being under JCAP AB. The data controller is therefore:

JCAP AB
Company registration number: 559341-1761
Email: info@fverk.se

If you have questions about how we handle your data, you are always welcome to get in touch.

When we collect data

We collect personal data in the following situations:

When you fill in a contact form or send an email. We then save the information you provide — typically name, email, phone number, and the contents of your message. We use it to reply to your inquiry and to continue the dialogue.

When you book a call with us. We use Cal.com for scheduling. Cal.com stores the information you provide at booking and makes it available to us.

When you visit the site. We use Vercel Analytics to understand how the site is used — for example which pages are visited and where visitors come from. The tool does not collect cookies or IP addresses that identify you as a person.

We never collect more information than necessary, and we never sell your data on.

Why we process your data

The legal basis for our processing depends on the context:

Legitimate interest. When you contact us, we have a legitimate interest in replying, documenting the dialogue, and following up. This applies to all kinds of contacts — from sellers, advisors, journalists, partners, and others.

Contract. If we proceed in a dialogue where a contract may become relevant — for example a confidentiality agreement or a letter of intent — we process your data to be able to prepare and enter into the contract.

Legal obligation. In some cases we are required to keep data under accounting or tax legislation.

Consent. In the rare cases we need consent (for example for a newsletter), we ask for it separately and explicitly.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Inquiries via the contact form or email are kept for up to 24 months if the dialogue does not lead anywhere. If the dialogue develops into a business relationship, relevant information is kept for the duration of the relationship plus the time required by law.
  • Bookings via Cal.com are kept according to their own retention periods, unless we export and remove them earlier.
  • Analytics data is anonymised and cannot be tied to you as a person.

When there is no longer any legal basis to keep the data, we delete or anonymise it.

Who can access the data

Within Formverk, only those who need access to your data in order to do their work have access to it.

We share data with the following types of recipients when needed:

  • Service providers who help us run the site and handle inquiries — primarily Vercel (hosting), Formspree (form handling), Google Workspace (email), Cal.com (scheduling).
  • Advisors such as auditors, lawyers, and similar, when required as part of a transaction.
  • Authorities if we are required by law to disclose data.

We never sell your data on, and we never share it for marketing purposes with third parties.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some of our providers (Vercel, Formspree, Cal.com) are US companies and may transfer data outside the EU/EEA. We ensure such transfers take place under the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Cookies

The site uses a minimal set of technical cookies required for it to function. We use no marketing cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Because our analytics solution (Vercel Analytics) is cookieless, no cookie banner is shown — there is nothing to consent to.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Receive information about which data we hold about you
  • Have inaccurate data corrected
  • Have your data erased under certain conditions (the right to be forgotten)
  • Restrict processing of your data
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest
  • Receive your data in a structured format (data portability)
  • Withdraw consent if processing is based on consent

If you wish to exercise any of these rights, email info@fverk.se and we will reply within 30 days.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY — Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten), which is the supervisory authority in Sweden. We are glad to hear feedback directly first — that is often the fastest route to a resolution.

Security

We take technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or improper processing. All traffic to the site is encrypted via HTTPS. Access to our systems requires login with strong authentication.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. For larger changes we provide a notice on the site. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of the page.
