Joel Falck
Joel Falck has spent most of his career building companies from the inside. He was one of the founders of KitchenTime, which he helped scale to over SEK 300 million in revenue before it was sold to Bergendahls.
He then took over as CEO of Babyshop in a turnaround situation, focused on restructuring the business and building a sustainable company out of what had previously been in crisis.
Today he is chair of the board and an investor in Planora, a D2C company in spatial design. He is also an advisor and consultant in operations and digital business, with particular focus on how AI and modern digital tools can automate administration, raise decision quality, and free up time in operationally driven companies.
Joel was born in Uppsala and lives today in Stockholm with his family.
Behind Formverk also stands a group of well-capitalised, industrially experienced investors who contribute experience, capital, and networks.
